The brief from this Italian apéritif was to create a new brand and packaging to reflect Amarico’s elegant essence, vibrant character, and Italian roots. Challenges lay in positioning this prestigious alcohol-based brand within the modern consumer concept of apéritif.
Little Greta is a strategic creative agency from the Czech Republic. Perhaps unsurprisingly, we’ve ended up doing rather a lot of work for breweries, distilleries and other drinks brands over the years — branding, packaging, campaigns, digital, and the odd new product.

Between his experience building a Czech beer brand across international markets and ours creating drinks brands from the ground up, we bring a useful combination of category knowledge, creative thinking and international brand experience.

One of the first craft breweries in Wrocław, Poland. The dwarf motif is a tribute to the Orange Alternative – a Polish anti-communist underground movement that started in Wrocław. Each SKU is represented by a single dwarf, emphasizing its craft nature.

In 2022, 1,200 years after the first mention of the Moravians, Great Moravia — the first major state in Central Europe — was commemorated with a limited edition slivovitz by Zufanek, the most premium craft Czech distillery. Inspired by Mucha’s Slav Epic, the design centres on a hoop of unity, surrounded by floral and heraldic motifs. A bottle that links Moravia’s past with its future — in just 1,200 pieces.
A rare spirit born of tradition and nature — Oskerusovice, or Wild Pear in English, captures the legacy of Zufanek Distillery and the elusive Sorbus domestica fruit. Each of the 270 bottles tells a story of craftsmanship, patience, and respect for the land. A collector’s piece as much as a spirit.
The Czech beer market has declined in popularity among young adults aged 20-30, who increasingly turn away from traditional beers in favour of alternative beverages. This shift in consumer preference challenges the industry to innovate and adapt to a changing demographic. Proud, an experimental brewery owned by Pilsner Urquell, faced the daunting task of reinvigorating the traditional beer category with a contemporary lager that appeals to modern tastes while maintaining quality. This challenge underscores the necessity for a new branding strategy.
