Little Greta helps alcohol brands launch, relaunch & grow

The year 2022 marked the 1,200th anniversary of the first written mention of the Morava inhabitants, Moravians. To celebrate, the Regional Authority of the South Moravian Region teamed up with Zufanek, the most-respected Czech craft distillery, to produce 1,200 limited edition bottles of 12-year premium slivovitz. For this once-in-one-thousand-two-hundred-year occasion, Little Greta was commissioned for the design.

The brief from this Italian apéritif was to create a new brand and packaging to reflect Amarico’s elegant essence, vibrant character, and Italian roots. Challenges lay in positioning this prestigious alcohol-based brand within the modern consumer concept of apéritif.

The House of Kolowrat is a Czech noble family with a prominent role in the history and administration of their native Kingdom of Bohemia as well as the Holy Roman Empire. The family commissioned Little Greta with a new design for their key product, cider.

Although we have great experience in the beer and spirits market with our design and labelling expertise, it was sometimes difficult to explain our ideas with the client, due to the distance between us. Undeterred, we solved the problem by developing a bespoke tool to have those conversations named LG:AR.

A little more focused, but even greater.

Alongside our core business in marcom and design that we provide under the brand Little Greta, we’ve formed a small development team called LG Dev. This is to make the most of our tech and dev experience, and our excellence in inventing, prototyping, building and deploying digital products. We offer the best of our talented developers and designers.
